Job Description:
Join our team at Restaurant + Bar, a tea restaurant revolutionizing the world of tea and cocktails! As a server, you'll undergo comprehensive training to become an expert in tea knowledge and mixology. You'll prepare and serve tea-based drinks, develop a deep understanding of various tea types and flavor profiles, and collaborate with our team to create new and innovative handcrafted drinks.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced environment is preferred but not required! We're looking for individuals with a passion for tea and a willingness to learn.

- Embrace the art of customer service by providing a warm and inviting experience.

- Engage with customers, answer inquiries about our offerings, and make personalized recommendations.

- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a smooth operation.

- Take orders, serve food and prepare drinks.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and successful grand opening.

- Passion for tea and mixology.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.

- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

- Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

· A desire to learn and experiment with different flavors.

· Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, making recommendations, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar & FOH area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glassware, tables and other FOH areas.

· Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and drink orders.

· Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the unique challenges of a new restaurant.

· Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends, morning shifts, holidays and evenings.
