Job Title: PMO Operations Assistant

AttainX is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PMO Operations Assistant to support the Project Management Office (PMO) in daily operations, documentation management, and project coordination. This role is vital in ensuring efficient and compliant PMO activities across multiple programs and federal contracts. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong communication and administrative skills, capable of working in a fast-paced, government contracting environment.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in a project support or administrative role, preferably in a federal contracting environment.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
Knowledge of federal contract documentation and compliance standards is a plus.
PMP or CAPM certification is a plus, but not required.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.

Job Duties:

Support PMO leadership with administrative and operational tasks, including documentation preparation, scheduling, and correspondence.
Maintain program and contract documentation such as project plans, SOPs, meeting notes, and compliance records.
Assist in tracking project performance metrics, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple contracts.
Help coordinate project meetings, compile agendas, and distribute minutes and follow-ups.
Serve as a point of contact for internal team members and external stakeholders on PMO-related matters.
Monitor and update project management tools and systems to reflect accurate project status.
Support monthly and quarterly reporting requirements, including data consolidation and formatting.
Assist in document version control and ensure adherence to company and federal standards.
Facilitate onboarding/offboarding processes and maintain personnel compliance documentation.
Provide logistical support for internal audits, reviews, and customer inquiries.
