Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic salesperson to join our team, focusing on

the Washington, D.C. market. You’ll be selling our premium decks, pools, patios, and

hardscape solutions, and we need someone who is truly exceptional at what they do.

Responsibilities

Conduct at-home sales appointments with homeowners, presenting designs and proposals tailored to their outdoor living needs.
Drive sales of outdoor living projects, including decks, patios, pools, and hardscapes in the Washington, D.C. area.
Utilize your proven sales experience to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Work entirely digitally—all documentation and design work is done on an iPad, using tools like Notability, SketchUp, Morpholio Trace, Simpson 2D Planner, or AutoCAD.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling decks, patios, and hardscapes.
Proven track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales goals, with a history of generating significant revenue.
Must maintain a 30% close rate average.
High attention to detail and comfort with technology—no pen and paper! We’re all about digital efficiency.
Familiarity with iPad-based design software.
Prior experience using Buildertrend CRM to manage leads, proposals, and customer communications.
Proficiency with Moasure for accurate site measurements and layouts.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
Commission-based, averaging 12% of revenue generated.
Average earnings exceed $150,000+ annually, with no income cap—top performers earn well beyond this.
$400 monthly gas allowance provided after the first $2 million in sales achieved.
