Overview
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team and contribute to our warehouse distribution operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment where your skills in inventory management, heavy equipment operation, and materials handling will drive our success. Responsibilities

Manage inventory control processes using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to ensure accurate stock levels.
Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move materials efficiently.
Assist with order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing shipments for delivery or storage.
Handle shipping and receiving tasks by verifying inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
Support warehouse distribution activities including stocking shelves, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
Perform heavy lifting and materials handling tasks safely while adhering to mechanical knowledge requirements.
Collaborate with warehouse supervisors on inventory management strategies and participate in regular stock audits.

Requirements

Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in inventory management systems such as AS400 or similar platforms.
Valid certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment.
Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols including OSHA regulations.
Mechanical knowledge related to equipment operation and maintenance is preferred.
Ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or walking.
Experience with order picking & packing processes using RF scanners or similar technology.
