We are seeking a motivated, creative, and client-focused In Home Sales & Design Closer to join our team. In this role, you will guide customers through the design process, present tailored solutions, and close sales while ensuring an exceptional customer experience from first conversation to final delivery.

As a consultant, you will meet with prospective clients in their homes to design and sell custom organizational systems for closets, home offices, pantries, and so much more. During the in-home consultation process, the In Home Sales & Design Consultant assesses space and customer needs and then uses our design software to create 3D digital renderings for both the customer and our installation team. You’ll enjoy the challenge and reward of transforming lives, one space at a time.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage leads in a one-call-close environment.
Provide customers options that align with their expressed home improvement needs.
Maintain CRM records and other customer-related documentation.
Ensure customers understanding of all things related to their home improvement projects e.g. pricing, next steps, expected lead times, etc.
Serve as the liaison between the customer and the company’s post-sale division for matters related to contract changes, quality assurance, etc.
Stay current on industry trends, market trends, and competitor activity.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years selling in an in-home sales environment
Reliable transportation to be able to drive to customers’ homes

Job to start late January.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
