Job Summary
Bidwell, the anchor restaurant in Union Market is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. We are a fast paced environment with a steady clientele of regular guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining pars, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations.
Posses a thorough knowledge of our menus and have familiarity with allergen components of our dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and manage transactions.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
Assist in tracking inventory by working with management assessing weekly stock levels and placing orders as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions accurately.
Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $600.00 - $1,250.00 per week

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
