Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our retail establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and assisting in staff management. This position requires strong leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and a passion for retail management. The AM Position will also have to learn all the front and back-end roles of the house.

Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Manage cash handling processes, including register operations and balancing cash drawers.
Learn Front & Back-end roles incase you need to cover or fill any shift
Participate in the interviewing process and employee orientation for new hires.
Support recruiting efforts to build a strong team of motivated employees.
Supervise staff during shifts, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
Implement effective time management practices to optimize workflow and productivity.
Collaborate with the management team on sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee engagement.

Experience

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role is preferred.
Strong skills in cash handling and financial transactions.
Demonstrated ability in shift management and leading teams effectively.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Experience in sales management is a plus, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
