We are seeking a creative and passionate Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in floral design, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. This role involves creating stunning floral arrangements for various occasions while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

Design and create beautiful floral arrangements for weddings, events, and retail sales.
Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice on floral selections.
Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality.
Utilize POS systems for processing transactions and managing sales.
Assist in e-commerce initiatives by showcasing floral designs online and managing orders.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
Contributing to overall shop aesthetics.

Requirements

Proven experience in floral design with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and skill.
Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly demeanor.
Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus to cater to diverse clientele.
Familiarity with retail math to assist in pricing and inventory management.
Experience with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
A passion for flowers and design, along with an eye for detail.
