Job Summary
BrightPoint Wellness is seeking a qualified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) Coordinator to provide services within our PRP.

Please note: This is a 1099 contractor position, not a W-2 employment role. Coordinators are paid per client visit ($35–$50), with flexible schedules and autonomy to manage their own caseload.

PRP Coordinators provide structured, skill-building interventions to youth and adult clients, following their Individualized Rehabilitation Plans (IRPs) to support independence, coping skills, and successful community integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IRPs based on client strengths, needs, and goals.
Deliver skill-building interventions in coping skills, daily living, social, and vocational areas.
Ensure Medicaid-required frequency of 3–6 client visits per month.
Document interventions, monthly progress notes, and IRP updates accurately and on time.
Collaborate with therapists, medical providers, families, and community partners.
Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting plans as needed.
Participate in supervision, training, and program meetings as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, or related field

Required Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, or related field.
DLA-20 Certification (or willingness to complete certification within 90 days of hire).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (community-based visits required).
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Comfort with basic technology for scheduling and electronic recordkeeping.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field.
Previous PRP, case management, or behavioral health experience.
Familiarity with Maryland Medicaid and COMAR 10.63 regulations.

Contractors are paid $35–$50 per client visit depending on education and experience.
