Job Summary
To efficiently manage administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, organizing files, and supporting team members, to ensure smooth office operations and facilitate productivity for CRCS.

Responsibilities

Answers telephone and screen calls for the Administrators as needed
Answer inquiries Checks personal voice mail daily and returns calls as needed
Inventories school curriculum during the summer for the upcoming school year
Inventories copy paper, toner, laminating film, and other supplies as needed for school equipment and operations
Ensures copiers are in good working order and informs O.M. if repairs are needed
Sorts incoming mail into teacher boxes and distributes to office staff.
Greets visitors, answers questions, and provides tours as needed
Coordinates school picture days by obtaining volunteers, collecting money and distributing pictures when they are delivered
Maintains student files
Copies and mails transcripts when requested by other schools
Types programs for recital, spring program, and graduations
Puts together faculty/staff manual each summer for teachers’ in-service week
Records student attendance and tardies into computer system and generates reports when needed
Works closely with the Office Manager in planning, coordinating and follow through in regards to Activities, Admissions for both School and Summer Camp as well as general office duties

Qualifications

Christian: All applicants must be born again Christians and involved in a Bible-believing church.
Communication skills: Clear and concise verbal and written communication to interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a structured workspace.
Computer proficiency: Familiarity with standard office software like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
Attention to detail: Meticulous approach to ensure accuracy in tasks and documents.
Time management: Efficiently managing deadlines and allocating time across various responsibilities.
Customer service skills: Positive and professional demeanor when interacting with staff, families and visitors.
Adaptability: Flexibility to handle changing priorities and situations.
Basic data entry skills: Ability to input information into spreadsheets and databases.
CPR & MAT certified. (We will provide training)
