Front Desk Coordinator – Dental Office

Requirements (Please read carefully before applying):

Minimum 1 year of dental front desk experience – mandatory
Bilingual – mandatory
Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
Strong time management skills and ability to multitask in a high-volume practice
Professional appearance and attitude
Basic computer knowledge

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Greeting patients warmly upon arrival
Answering phones and responding to emails in a professional manner
Confirming and following up on appointments
Managing reports and office communications
Coordinating with other dental offices as needed
Preparing patients for their visit by creating a welcoming environment
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with office policies
Completing assigned administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
