Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle various tasks, ensure the smooth running of the office, knowledge of the Pest Control industry, ability to train and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Organize and schedule appointments
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Coordinate events and meetings
- Provide customer support and handle inquiries
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Support project coordination and tracking
- Conduct proofreading tasks for accuracy
- Other duties are assigned

Requirements but not required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in event planning is desirable
- Competent in data entry accuracy
- Capable of coordinating projects effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
