Choice Floors has been providing homeowners, contractors, and new construction home builders with quality flooring products for over 40 years. We are always keeping our eyes open for a motivated Showroom Sales Representative!

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist clients with finding the best flooring, stair, railing, and tile designs for their projects
Coordinate with our Field Measurement Specialists to visit customers on site to take measurements and produce job quotes
Present quotes in person to close sales
Draft contracts and take the initial deposit
Enter new Sales Orders into the RFMS software
Meet all sales goals and metrics

Primary work location will be between our Southern Maryland Showrooms; all applicants need to be flexible to go between all three of our Maryland showroom locations (as needed). This would include Largo, Dunkirk, and La Plata.

Requirements:

Experience in Sales
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent listening skills to understand the customers’ needs
Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
Ability to take initiative to grow in the industry
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Pay: $18- $20 per hour plus commission & bonuses on every sale
