We are looking for a bilingual (in English and Korean) Receptionist/Assistant Administrator with a great smile and excellent people skills. Candidates must be outgoing and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

· Answering incoming phone calls to direct to the proper team member and scheduling estimates.

· Assisting with Accounts Payable, Procurement, and Accounts Receivable Processing and Reporting.

· Maintaining a neat, well organized work area as well as common areas such as conference room and reception area.

· Assist with organizing for monthly team member meetings and holiday gatherings.

Requirements and skills

· Experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant or relevant roles is a plus, but not required.

· Bilingual (in English and Korean).

· Experience with office management tools (MS Office, in particular).

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Strong written and oral communication skills.

· Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail.

Christian Siding LLC is a contractor specializing in metal panel fabrication and exterior cladding. Located in Sterling, VA, this position will require the candidate to excel in multi-tasking in the office standard weekday hours. Starting pay will be $15-$20/hour commensurate with experience.
