Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is vital in maintaining accurate financial records, managing bookkeeping tasks, and supporting administrative functions, including scheduling crews within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills, proficiency in Quickbooks Desktop, and a solid understanding of financial concepts. Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy in financial records
Must utilize Quickbooks accounting software
Perform account analysis and account reconciliation to ensure all financial data is accurate and complete
Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation activities
Maintain organized records of financial transactions and supporting documentation
Support administrative functions as needed, including scheduling crews, maintaining accurate scheduling forecasts, and maintaining material inventory

Qualifications

Proficiency using Quickbooks Desktop accounting software
Knowledge of financial concepts such as journal entries, account analysis, bank reconciliation, and account reconciliation
Familiarity with accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll management
Familiarity with scheduling multiple crews
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Effective communication skills

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
