Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. As a Server Assistant, you will support the servers by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food service, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
Buss tables efficiently to ensure a clean and welcoming dining environment.
Help maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping and resetting tables as needed.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs.
Support the team by restocking supplies, such as utensils, napkins, and condiments.
Provide assistance during busy periods to enhance guest services and overall restaurant operations.
Familiarize yourself with the menu items to answer guest inquiries and provide recommendations when needed.

Skills

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Experience with POS systems, particularly Toast POS, is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment, including assisting cooks when necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
