About the Role

Comfort Keepers of Rockville and Frederick is seeking a passionate, driven, and community-minded Home Care Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role responsible for building and nurturing relationships with referral sources, promoting our in-home care services, and supporting our mission of helping seniors live safely, happily, and independently in the comfort of their own homes.

As a key member of our team, you'll be the face of Comfort Keepers in the healthcare community—developing strategic partnerships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, assisted living facilities, and local organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Referral Development: Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospital case managers, senior centers, skilled nursing facilities, hospice providers, and community organizations.
Lead Generation: Drive awareness and inquiries through professional outreach, events, and marketing campaigns. Regularly attend and represent Comfort Keepers at local events and networking opportunities.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, track activity in a CRM, and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
Community Engagement: Represent the Comfort Keepers brand at community events such as the National Day of Joy, Feed Seniors Now®, and Walk to End Alzheimer’s to promote our services and mission.
Education & Advocacy: Educate referral partners and families on in-home care options, our unique Interactive Caregiving™ model, and how we elevate the human spirit through compassionate care.

What We’re Looking For

Proven success in healthcare sales, senior services, or home care marketing.
Deep knowledge of the Rockville and Frederick healthcare landscape is a plus.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and public speaking skills.
Passion for serving older adults and helping families find peace of mind.
Self-starter who thrives on setting and meeting ambitious goals.
Familiarity with CRM tools, referral pipelines, and digital outreach (LinkedIn, email marketing, etc.).
