Office of the Commissioner of Accounts for the 19th Judicial Circuit:

Our office has oversight of fiduciaries who qualify before the Court, including executors and administrators of estates, trustees of testamentary trusts, guardians of minors and conservators of incapacitated adults. Our collegial staff includes many long-time employees who enjoy assisting fiduciaries and working on our interesting cases.

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, courteous, and reliable full-time Administrative Assistant to join our front desk team. This position provides support for daily office operations and the Vice President of Administration. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks with a friendly and efficient demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner

· Answer phones, respond to general inquiries, and direct incoming calls as appropriate

· Assist with the administrative processing of inventories and accounts filed with our office

· Assist with managing and maintaining office supply inventory

· Provide support to the Vice President of Administration

· Help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Qualifications

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with the public, both lay and professional fiduciaries

· Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented with an interest in learning new skills

· Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe products; experience with Salesforce preferred

· Ability to lift and carry supply and file boxes

· Ability to accept guidance and supervision

· Associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
