What You’ll Do:

Evaluate and select inventory that reflects fashion trends and customer needs.
Style customers and create an engaging, memorable shopping experience.
Train, coach, and develop a passionate team of fashion enthusiasts.
Assist the Store Manager in driving sales and managing daily operations.
Ensure impeccable merchandising, cleanliness, and organization—making your store the envy of the street.
Build relationships with consignors and maintain a steady flow of high-quality inventory.

What You’ll Bring:

Management or leadership experience in retail.
Passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends.
