Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Associate/Driver to join our team. This position involves both warehouse duties and driving responsibilities, ensuring efficient operations and timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to operate various types of equipment safely.

Duties

Manage warehouse tasks including inventory management, order picking, packing, stocking and sorting.
Perform heavy equipment operation as required, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Ability to load and unload inventory in and out of trucks.
Execute route driving responsibilities, delivering products to designated locations in a timely manner.
Operate box truck, sprinter van vehicles as needed for transport of goods.
Utilize forklift equipment for loading and unloading materials within the warehouse environment.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and warehouse inventory levels.

Experience

Previous experience as a yard jockey or in heavy equipment operation is preferred.
Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is essential.
Experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license.
Knowledge of heavy haul transportation practices is advantageous.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Great customer service skills and a team player with a great attitude.
