Dental Implant Lead & CRM Coordinator – Remote / Part-Time

Lorton Town Dental is looking for an energetic and personable Lead & CRM Coordinator focused primarily on incoming All-on-4/All-on-X dental implant leads.

This is a phone-heavy, conversion-focused position. You must genuinely enjoy talking to people, building relationships, and following up. Your success will be measured largely by how effectively you convert incoming leads into scheduled consultations.

Full-arch dental implants can be life-changing. Many of our patients have struggled with missing or failing teeth, difficulty eating, or lack of confidence for years. You will often be their first connection with our office, helping answer general questions, explain the All-on-X process, discuss financing options, and encourage them to take the next step toward a consultation. We will provide training on our procedures and services.

Responsibilities include:

Calling, texting, and following up with incoming implant leads
Converting leads into scheduled consultations
Explaining the general All-on-4/All-on-X process
Managing leads, notes, and follow-ups within our CRM (multiple)
Re-engaging older leads, cancellations, and no-shows
Maintaining consistent and timely communication

We are looking for someone who is warm, confident, persistent without being pushy, organized, and comfortable spending a large portion of the day on the phone. Experience in dental implants, treatment coordination, CRM management, appointment setting, or high-ticket sales is strongly preferred.

This is primarily a remote position, but you must be local enough to attend training and occasional in-office check-ins at our office, potentially once per week.

If you love talking to people, enjoy sales and relationship-building, and want to be part of helping patients make a life-changing decision, we would love to hear from you.

Please submit your resume to start the conversation!
