We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Entry Level Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in management within the hospitality and events industry. The Entry Level Manager will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting event planning and execution. Duties

Assist in managing daily operations and staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Support event planning and execution, including coordinating logistics and managing budgets.
Engage in marketing efforts to promote events, including upselling services to clients.
Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
Participate in negotiations and contract management for events and catering services.
Oversee banquet operations, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Contribute to fundraising initiatives and community outreach efforts.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Experience or knowledge in event marketing, planning, and management is preferred.
Familiarity with budgeting processes related to events and hospitality services.
Background in customer service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating leadership qualities.
Negotiation skills that contribute to successful contract agreements.
A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $1,200.00 per week
