Good Hope Hydroponics is the leading retailer of hydroponics and horticultural supplies in the DMV. We are looking for dynamic, motivated individuals to join our expanding team of industry experts. Primary Duties:

Drive in-store sales by promoting the Good Hope Hydroponics methodology of building great gardens
Assist with checking orders into the store and maintaining accurate inventory counts
Ensure all customer's needs are met (back-orders processed, emails answered, special shipping requests handled, etc.)
Maintain solid customer relationships by promptly addressing questions and concerns
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues

Mandatory Qualifications:

Cultivation Knowledge & Experience Highly Preferred
Strong sales skills and drive
Punctual and reliable
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
Customer-oriented attitude -Thrive on helping people and teaching others.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Ability to set priorities, respond to changes, and demonstrate flexibility in dealing with daily demands
Willing and able to do hard physical labor when required (ability to lift 50+ lbs)
Available and willing to work weekends.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $17.50 per hour
