This is a multi-office practice and will require working in each of the 3 offices located in Arlington, Fairfax, and Woodbridge.

What You'll Do:

Support the Office Manager: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Office Manager, helping with a wide range of daily tasks and ongoing projects.
Office Organization: Assist with maintaining an organized and efficient office environment, including filing, managing supplies, and general tidiness.
Data Entry and Record Keeping: Help with accurate data entry and maintenance of patient records and other important documents.
Communication Support: Assist with internal and external communications, including drafting emails, answering phones, and routing calls as needed.
Scheduling and Coordination: Aid in scheduling appointments, meetings, and other logistical tasks.
General Administrative Tasks: Perform various other administrative duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Previous administrative or office support experience is preferred, ideally within a medical or dental office setting.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
Proactive & Resourceful: A self-starter who can anticipate needs and take initiative.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and positively with a team.
Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
