Job Description

H&C Construction, a leading home remodeling and renovation company in the DMV area, is seeking a Kitchen & Bath Showroom Manager. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales experience (preferably in construction), excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage client interactions, vendor coordination, and showroom operations. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience from consultation to project execution. Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients in the showroom, guiding them through product selections.
Manage and maintain the showroom’s appearance, displays, and inventory.
Drive sales by generating and following up on leads.
Process orders for cabinetry, countertops, and other materials.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and installers to ensure timely deliveries and project execution.
Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, client follow-ups, and maintaining records.
Review vendor shop drawings, approve proposals, and track material shipments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in kitchen and bath design, including knowledge of materials and fixtures.
Familiarity with 2020 Design Software or similar design programs.

Required Qualifications:

Sales experience (construction or home improvement preferred).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Highly organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
