Position Summary

The Overnight Front Desk Agent (Night Auditor) is responsible for managing front desk operations during overnight hours, ensuring exceptional guest service, completing nightly financial reports, and maintaining the safety and security of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities Guest Services

Greet, check-in, and check-out guests in a friendly and professional manner
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
Handle reservations, room assignments, and special requests
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions

Required Qualifications

High school diploma
Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Basic accounting or cash-handling experience
Strong computer skills (PMS systems experience preferred)
Ability to work independently during overnight hours
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
