Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs, fine dining restaurants, or banquet settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional beverage experiences for our guests while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash management.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during events or busy periods.
Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering stock as needed.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service.
Stay updated on drink trends, new products, and menu changes to provide informed recommendations to guests.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience in a nightclub, restaurant, or banquet setting is preferred.
Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of cocktail recipes and ability to create signature drinks is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members.
Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
A valid bartending license or certification may be required based on local regulations.

Pay: $18.00 - $40.00 per hour
