**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store assistant Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, store operations, and customer service. The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment. This role offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills, manage a dynamic team, and contribute to the success of a well-established retail business.

**Responsibilities:**

* Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Oversee birthday party operations

* Manage sales performance and develop strategies to increase sales

* Lead and develop a team of floor associates and other store staff

* Supervise and train employees to ensure excellent customer service

* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment

* Conduct inventory management and control shrinkage

* Manage and track store expenses and budgets

* Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement

* Foster positive relationships with customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

* Utilize leadership skills to motivate and engage team members

* Recruit and hire new employees to fill vacancies

* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience in a retail management role

* Strong customer service skills

* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

* Excellent leadership and communication skills

* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

* Familiarity with phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills

* Ability to supervise and train staff

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

* Proficiency with cash registers and point-of-sale systems

* Valid driver's license (if applicable)

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

* Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed

Job Type: Part-time
