Duties

Safely operate tractor-trailers with manual transmissions across designated routes
Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or roll-off trucks
Drive various types of trucks including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, and freight carriers
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
Follow planned routes for timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic laws and safety standards
Assist with route driving, ensuring accurate delivery schedules and customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed logs of driving hours, freight movements, and vehicle maintenance reports
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries and pickups

Experience

No prior truck driving experience required — we provide comprehensive training programs for new drivers
Basic understanding of manual transmission operation preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
Prior experience with delivery driving or commercial driving is a plus but not necessary
Familiarity with freight handling, load & unload procedures, or warehouse operations is beneficial
Willingness to learn about different truck types such as refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks
Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and work in a fast-paced environment
