Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos.
Handle cash transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems.
Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on the sales floor and assisting with inventory management.
Utilize retail math skills to assist in pricing, discounts, and promotions effectively.
Upsell additional products to enhance customer purchases and increase store sales.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.

Skills

Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers or POS systems.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Experience in retail sales with a focus on upselling techniques.
Knowledge of retail math principles for accurate pricing and inventory management.
Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
