Duties

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or client services.

Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
Proficient in using computerized systems for tracking customer interactions and data management. NetSuite experience a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
