Luxury salon is looking for a part time receptionist with at least 3 years of experience in front-desk customer service AND/OR sales experience.

Tuesdays,Wednesday, and Fridays from 9:30am-6:30pm.

Lashes By Katie & Skincare needs a positive, enthusiastic, and organized front desk receptionist. Being the first thing clients see when they walk in, the receptionist is responsible for starting the client experience in an positive impressionable way.

Front Desk / Assistant duties :

- Consistently meeting monthly sales quotas and goals

- Cross-sell services to existing clients

- Greet all who enter and exit the salon

- Answers phone calls

- Schedules appointments

- Manage customer contacts for scheduling, rescheduling

- Show clients around the salon/direct to specific areas such as restroom

- Assist technicians with check-in and check-out

- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of front of salon

- Stocking retail shelves

- Informing clients about retail products

- Stocking up restrooms with necessary supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.)

Growth Opportunities :

- Earn more money through different sales opportunities (b2b, booking events, etc.)

- Become a licensed lash tech

- Apprentice management to lead teams and work towards becoming a salon owner

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 27 – 35 per week
