Le Bustiere Boutique, a premier lingerie retailer, is seeking two enthusiastic Bra Fitters and Lingerie Stylists to join our vibrant team at both of our locations: 1744 Columbia Rd NW #2, Washington, DC 20009 and 7809 Woodmont Ave Suite 100, Bethesda, MD 20814.

Our ideal candidate has great customer service skills, is attentive, punctual, and very engaging.

Responsibilities:

Working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about products and recommend the right solutions. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.

Bra fitting and lingerie styling
Merchandising
Marketing
Experience with CRM or POS software.
Use judgment to solve customer problems
Maintains scheduling commitments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-Centric Mindset.
Deep knowledge in products and inventory.
Genuine enthusiasm for the company and products.

Qualifications

Sales experience
Lingerie sales a plus
Friendly and outgoing personality
