About the Role:
As an In-Home Sales Representative at Legacy Design and Remodeling, Absolutely NO cold-calling or lead generation required. All leads are warm & pre-confirmed - allowing you to focus on closing deals and helping clients bring their dream spaces to life. This role is ideal for someone with a proven background in sales who is motivated by results, eager to grow, and ready to take ownership of their success.

You will report directly to our Sales Manager and work alongside a collaborative team of Designers, Project Managers, and Customer Support professionals dedicated to delivering excellence.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home consultations with pre-set appointments
Present remodeling solutions (kitchen, bath, roofing) tailored to client needs
Build rapport and educate clients on products, timelines, and investment
Close deals confidently and meet or exceed sales goals
Track follow-ups and pipeline activity in CRM
Represent the Legacy brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

What We’re Looking For:

Strong sales background (preferably in-home or remodeling industry)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
One Call Close Sales Experience
One day bath experience is a plus

Compensation:

Commission structure
Estimated annual earnings: $100,000 - $200,000+
Monthly performance bonuses when team goals are met

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
