Mechanical Service Manager - Technician ( $150K total package )

Strong knowledge base of commercial equipment.
Dispatch technicians
Record employee attendance information on digital timecards, such as attendance notes, attendance policy violations, and leave pay.
Provide attendance/timecard information to supervisors, fellow workers, and subordinates when required.
Work with customers to provide detailed service information.
Stay informed, keep up with, and apply the company policies and rules that affect timekeeping.
Work directly with the payroll specialist to ensure accuracy of daily digital timecards for every employee.

High school diploma or GED required; mechanical contracting experience is a plus.
Proficiency in administrative tasks, including word processing, filing, and records management.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate in a one-on-one setting.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Ability to oversee and approve employee work hours accurately and assist in timekeeping tasks.
Competent in Microsoft Excel for compiling detailed reports.
Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
