FULL-TIME — Special Occasion Stylist / Evening Wear Advisor

Location: Love Couture Bridal – Potomac, MD & Washington, DC (Love Evening & Formalwear)
Pay: $22–$25/hour plus commission (typical annual earnings $55,000–$70,000+)

Love Couture Bridal, the DC area’s premier luxury bridal and formalwear destination is expanding our new Evening & Formalwear Department, Love Evening, to both Potomac, MD and Washington, DC. We’re seeking warm, polished stylists to help mothers of the bride/groom, gala guests, and special-event clients find their perfect look.

What You’ll Do

Work one-on-one with clients selecting evening gowns, mother-of-the-bride/groom dresses, and formalwear.
Offer personalized styling advice on fit, tailoring, and accessories.
Build long-term relationships with clients in an elegant, calm setting.
Assist with exclusive designer trunk shows and private events.
Achieve personal sales goals while delivering the highest service standards.

What We’re Looking For

Polished, friendly personality and love for fashion & people.
Life experience that resonates with mothers-of-the-wedding and special-event clients.
Strong sense of style, fit, and occasion dressing.
Retail or boutique experience a plus but not required if you’re naturally fashionable and personable.
Evening and weekend availability is required (our peak appointment times).
