Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service in a fine dining environment. Your ability to connect with customers, manage orders efficiently, and maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are noted correctly.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
Upsell menu items by effectively communicating features and benefits to enhance the dining experience.
Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and utensils between guests.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any issues that may arise during service.
Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment for both guests and staff.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is preferred but not required.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on helping guests feel valued and appreciated.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated during busy shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour
