Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections.
Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service.
Handle cash transactions accurately using Toast POS or similar systems.
Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as necessary.
Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations at all times.
Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods, especially for banquet or catering events.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance bartending skills, including brewing techniques and fine dining service.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of mixology, brewing methods, and beverage trends.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively.
Understanding of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
Ability to work in high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse clientele.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
