MowCow Lawn & Landscape is looking for a friendly, motivated Landscape Sales Representatives to join our team. This is a client-facing role where you’ll meet with homeowners, walk their property, and provide tailored estimates for lawn and landscape services. No cold calling or pushy sales tactics—we focus on honesty, expertise, and great service.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being outdoors, building relationships, and helping people improve their outdoor spaces. Experience in lawn care or landscaping is helpful, but not required.

Job Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners in person to discuss their lawn and landscape needs
Generate and present estimates for services and small landscape projects
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and answer any questions
Help resolve client concerns in a professional and friendly way
Collaborate with our team to improve the client experience and sales process

Requirements

Comfortable talking with new people and building trust
Lawn care, landscaping, or sales experience preferred
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
Able to manage a flexible schedule and work independently

Preferred Skills

Customer service experience
Knowledge of lawn and landscape care
Ability to read or create simple estimates
Basic computer or CRM skills

Schedule

Monday to Friday
