Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests while serving drinks efficiently and accurately. Experience in various settings such as catering, nightclubs, and fine dining is highly valued.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their drink selections.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and supplies.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure compliance with legal regulations regarding responsible service.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Uphold food safety standards by maintaining proper hygiene practices in food handling and preparation.

Experience

Previous bartending experience in restaurants, nightclubs, or banquet settings is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
Basic math skills for cash handling and drink measurements.
Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
A passion for mixology and willingness to learn about new drink recipes and techniques.
