As a Bartender at Narman, you'll be the magical mixologist, whipping up unforgettable experiences for our guests! Get ready to shake, stir, and serve a dazzling array of drinks—both boozy and non-boozy—making sure every sip is a taste of perfection!

Responsibilities

Utilize POS systems to accurately process customer orders and payments.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and ensuring their satisfaction.
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.
Adhere to food safety standards while handling and serving food items.
Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
Utilize sales techniques to upsell menu items and increase revenue.
Apply fine dining experience to create a high-quality dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

Proficiency in POS systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS
Strong customer service skills with experience in fine dining and banquet settings
Knowledge of food safety protocols and food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management
Previous experience in bartending, serving, and cash handling
Familiarity with restaurant operations and a passion for the food industry

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
