Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Your expertise in bartending and knowledge of the food industry will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available.
Engage with customers, providing excellent service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service practices are followed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely delivery to guests.
Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in mixology, and seasonal offerings.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and drink measurements.
Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is advantageous.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Must be at least 21 years of age as per legal requirements for serving alcohol.
