Core Responsibilities:

As a Home Remodeling Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

Lead Generation: Actively seek out and generate new leads through networking, relationship-building, and innovative outreach strategies. Utilize company-provided leads as a foundation for growing your client base. Successful candidates must have an established "book of business" and demonstrated expertise in generating leads with high-income individuals, as well as a proven track record of converting leads into sales.
Client Engagement: Initiate and cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients using remote communication tools and in-person efforts. Showcase our offerings while understanding their unique needs and preferences.
Consultations and Walkthroughs: Conduct detailed in-person consultations and property walkthroughs to assess client requirements and present tailored solutions.
CRM Expertise: Manage all leads and client interactions within our CRM platform. Candidates should have demonstrated expertise in using CRMs to track, organize, and optimize the sales process.
Sales Strategies: Develop and execute customized sales plans to convert leads into loyal clients, exceeding quotas and driving revenue.
Exceptional Service: Deliver outstanding client experiences throughout the sales process. Build lasting relationships through attention to detail and personalized support.

Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the luxury residential sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment
Passion for luxury design and construction
