Position OverviewWe’re looking for entry-level, customer-oriented individuals to join our retail sales team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in helping customers find the right AT&T products, services, and accessories to meet their needs. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in retail sales with full training and support provided.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and assess their needs
Recommend suitable AT&T products, services, and accessories
Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Strive to meet or exceed personal and store sales goals
Stay informed about current promotions and product features
Assist with maintaining store cleanliness and visual presentation
Provide excellent service through clear communication and follow-up

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus—but not required
Strong communication and people skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Comfortable using basic computer systems and POS software
Must be 18 years of age or older
