Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the chiropractic office in providing exceptional patient care and administrative services. You will be responsible for assisting with patient intake, managing medical records, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the clinic.

Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese preferred

Skills

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and typing proficiency
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient interaction
Previous experience in a clinic or medical office setting is preferred
Familiarity with health information management practices is beneficial
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Duties

Assist with patient intake and ensure accurate documentation of medical history
Schedule appointments and manage the front desk operations
Handle medical billing and coding tasks, including CPT and ICD-10 coding
Verify insurance information and assist patients with insurance claims
Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Provide clerical support including filing, typing, and managing phone systems
Review care plans and ensure proper documentation is maintained
Support the chiropractic team in delivering high-quality patient service
Observe/record patient’s performance during therapy sessions
Assist/instruct patients with performing exercises
Clean therapy area and set up any needed equipment
Assist the doctor with any additional tasks as needed (Cupping/Physical therapy)

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
