Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Greet residents and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Log incoming packages and distribute packages to residents.
- Be alert to odd behavior on surveillance screens.
- Handle resident and guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Provide guidance to owners, residents, and guests regarding compliance with Place One policies.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in multiple languages being a plus.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of front desk operations and phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional front desk services.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Evening shift
