We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently, including cash register operations.
Process transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively assist customers.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and maintain store standards.
Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.

Skills

Proficient in using POS systems and cash registers.
Strong basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
Experience in supervising or training new staff is a plus.
Ability to conduct engaging product demos that attract customer interest.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming environment.
Proven sales abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
Familiarity with retail math concepts for effective inventory management.
