We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist/Medical assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems, handling clerical tasks, and maintaining an efficient office environment. Bilingual: English/Spanish

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, directing calls as necessary
Perform data entry, filing, and general clerical duties to support office operations
Maintain appointment calendars and schedule meetings efficiently
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming at all times
Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism

Qualifications

Experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred, but not required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with office management practices and procedures
Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential
Experience in medical receptionist roles is a plus
Ability to work independently while also being a team player
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele
