Position: Server (Full Time and Part-Time needed, Hourly + Tips)

Job Description: Pupatella is looking to hire servers for our Reston Location!

Servers are the face of our front of house operation. At Pupatella, we go above and beyond with every guest to ensure the best possible dining experience. As a server, you are responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, running beverages and food, and cleaning the front of house.

Key Responsibilities:

Arrive on time and in proper uniform, including personal hygiene
Come prepared to your shift, and stay sharp throughout
Know the menu, wine/drink list, and steps of service
Use the POS system and handle payments with accuracy
Offer outstanding customer service to all of our guests
Understand the Pupatella Rewards program and its offerings
Follow standard operating procedures to ensure work areas are prepared for opening, mid-shift, or closing.
Assisting customers with complaints or concerns as needed, and providing prompt and proper resolutions

Preferred Qualifications:

· Previous serving experience (1-2 years highly recommended)

· Prior experience in a high-volume cocktail and wine oriented environment

· Wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge

· Willing and able to work weekends and evenings as needed

· Ability to work long hours standing and lift heavy objects up to 25 lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
