A fast-growing home improvement company is looking for motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join its expanding in-home sales team.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners through pre-set, company-provided appointments to present customized home remodeling solutions, build rapport, and close high-ticket sales. No cold calling or prospecting required.

What You’ll Do

Run 8–12 pre-set, qualified appointments per week.
Conduct professional in-home consultations using a proven sales system.
Present customized remodeling solutions and guide homeowners through their options.
Partner with your Sales Manager through ongoing coaching, training, and professional development.

What It Takes to Succeed

Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays
Ability to drive daily within assigned territory
Strong communication, closing, and objection-handling skills
Coachable, motivated, and resilient mindset
Confidence using iPad-based sales tools
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background screening
